Characteristic:

The belt cooling system uses belt's heat conductivity and water spray cooling to quickly solidified the melt. As the belt is reverse bending on the discharge end so the solidified products can separate from steel belt naturally. There's little broken dust when discharging and the flakes is protected well. the feeder and belt applies double frequency speed control and can be adjusted according to capacity and material characteristic. Also the system uses multistage temperature control to ensure its stable and reliability in operation.
