-Molten Material Jacket Pump(customer to provide),In a constant and adjustable way, it is conveyed to the granulator head of the steel belt cooler through the heat tracing pipeline.

Main parts of granulator head:Core shaft with jacket heat tracing,and there is a groove on it to distribute the material along the axial direction of the roll body.Outside the stator is a continuously rotating outer cylinder, which is drilled with regular pattern holes.When the small hole of the rotating outer cylinder into the stator groove, the material drops onto the steel belt and cools to form semi-circular particles.

The heat released by material cooling and solidification is taken away by steel belt.The whole cooling process is completed on a steel belt with excellent thermal conductivity.Special nozzle ensures uniform distribution of cooling water on the back of steel belt, and produces uniform cooling effect.In this process, the excellent thermal conductivity of the steel belt will also make the material cooled evenly. Clean water, circulating water and re-cooling water can be used in cooling water spraying system.

After solidification, the material particles are scraped off at the feeding end by the feeding scraper and then processed downstream.
